Chilli Pepper ‘Habanero White Heat’ Seeds
Habanero White Heat is a vibrant, very hot chilli from the classic Habanero series (Capsicum chinense), producing striking creamy white and pale yellow fruits packed with intense heat and a distinctive citrus-like flavour. Widely used in Mexican cuisine, this variety delivers both colour and serious fire, making it ideal for sauces, marinades, and spicy dishes.
Plants are vigorous but smaller with smaller fruit than other colours typically yielding around 40 lantern-shaped fruits per plant. The fruits measure approximately 4 × 3 cm and develop a creamy white to pale yellow colour at maturity. Beneath the heat lies a fruity, aromatic flavour that adds depth and character to cooking.
An indeterminate variety, Habanero White Heat continues to flower and fruit throughout the season when given support. Best grown in a greenhouse or outdoors in pots in warm, sheltered conditions.

How to Grow Chilli Pepper ‘Habanero White Heat’
Sow seeds indoors January to March using a heated propagator or warm greenhouse, maintaining temperatures of 25–28°C for best germination. Sow thinly and cover lightly with fine compost or vermiculite.
Transplant seedlings into individual pots once large enough to handle. As plants grow, pot on into their final containers and provide staking or support, as indeterminate plants will continue to grow and crop throughout the season.
Grow under cover for the most reliable results, or place outdoors in pots in a warm, sheltered position once all risk of frost has passed. Water regularly and feed weekly with a high-potash fertiliser once flowering begins.
Harvest fruits when fully creamy yellow for maximum heat and flavour.
⚠️ Safety note: These chillies are extremely hot. Wear gloves when handling fruits and avoid touching eyes or skin. Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
