Bishops Crown Hot Chilli, also called Monks Hat or Fryers Hat is an strange shaped chilli with a strong heat kick. The peppers are hat shaped and go red when mature. The plant will grow quite tall and will have lots of fruit. To get the best from the plants it is best to start them early to give time to mature.

Sow the chilli seeds in quality compost and keep at temperatures above 20C Germination should take about 2 - 3 weeks, continue to grow in a warm stop. Pot up when large enough to handle.

Handle the seeds with care as they can cause severe chilli burns.
