Dill Bouquet
This popular annual American variety grows to 70 cm. Both leaves and seeds can be used in pickles and sauces, cheese and fish dishes, especially Gravalax.
Dill likes fine, well drained soils. Pick the leaves as required, which are best used fresh. Pinch out the tip of the main stem to encourage bushy growth or prevent plants from flowering.
Sow outdoors in situ, throughout spring and summer.
