Geranium Palmatum

This is perhaps the most impressive and spectacular of all hardy geraniums. It has sprays of deep pink, exotic flowers and large clumps of glossy, divided foliage, with reddish stems. It grows best in a sheltered spot.

Cover with compost or grit 5mm deep, and leave in gentle heat or a warm bright position outside. Grow on individual seedlings in 3" pots. Plant out in a well-drained open position.
