This Rudbeckia is a biennial but can be grown as an annual. It has very large flowers with lemon tips on golden petals with green centre. Height 70 – 80cm

Sow the seeds in early spring for flowers the same summer. It takes 13 -16 weeks from sowing to flowering. Sow the seeds in good quality compost and cover with a thin layer of fine vermiculite. Ideal temperature is 20C for germination and lower to15C for growing on. Germination takes 1- 2 weeks. Pot on when large enough to handle.
