Lavender Vera is a hardy evergreen perennial that grows to a height of 90cm. It features exceedingly fragrant purple flowers in summer and is renowned for its scent.

This lavender grows in any garden soil and will thrive in a dry situation.

Sow in autumn into pots or boxes in a greenhouse or cold frame at temperatures below 10° C. As seedlings grow, prick out into boxes or individual pots and continue growing under cover to plant out in early spring. Thin seedlings and transplant when large enough.
