Jerusalem Artichoke ‘Fuseau’ – Tubers (2-Pack, Taylors Bulbs)
Jerusalem Artichoke ‘Fuseau’ is a superb and distinctive variety producing smooth, elongated tubers with an excellent smoky, nutty flavour. Highly regarded for its eating quality, Fuseau offers the same wonderful taste and texture associated with traditional Jerusalem artichokes, but with larger, smoother tubers that are much easier to prepare in the kitchen.
Ideal for salads, roasting, soups, and sautéing, this variety is both productive and decorative. Tall, sunflower-like plants make Fuseau just as at home in the flower border as in the vegetable garden, adding height and interest during the summer.
Supplied as a pack of 2 tubers from Taylors Bulbs, Fuseau is easy to grow and highly rewarding once established.
