Where In trays of seed compost.
How Sow thinly, cover lightly with a fine layer of compost. Firm gently and keep moist. Keep at approx. 15-20°C. Seedlings appear 14-21 days.
Care Grow on at approx. 13-15°C. When large enough transplant 5cm apart in trays. Gradually acclimatise plants to outside conditions from late May onwards (avoid frosts). Transplant 30cm apart in flowering position. Keep moist and weed free.
Flowers June to October. Remove dead heads to prolong flowering. Will tolerate quite dry, sunny conditions
once established.
