Where In a prepared seed bed.
How Sow thinly in rows 20cm apart. Cover lightly with 1.5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings appear 7-21 days. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks.
Care For baby leaves, thin to 5cm apart or 10cm to pick whole plants. Keep moist and weed free.
Harvest May to November, longer with cloche protection. For individual baby leaves pick as required a few from each plant, they will regrow for 3-4 cuts. Pick whole plants from late May onwards. Pick young leaves regularly to promote further growth.
