When All year round.
Where On moist compost, blotting or tissue paper.
How Sow thickly do not cover with compost. Cover container with glass or paper. Keep moist. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks.
Care Remove cover when seedlings germinate. Keep warm and moist. Sowing to harvest approx. 9-16 days.
Harvest All year round. Cut with scissors when approx. 5cm high. Mustard seed may also be sown outdoors in summer, for larger hotter leaves. Sow mustard 3-4 days after cress if the
two are required together.
