Where In small pots of moist compost.
How Sow singly into pots edgeways into compost. Cover with a fine layer of compost. Cover with glass, polythene or propagator lid. Keep at approx. 15-20°C. Seedlings appear 7-21 days.
Care Remove cover when seedlings appear. At 5-6 leaf stage stand outside for a few days (avoid frosts). Transplant 120cm apart in growing position. Keep moist and weed free.
Harvest September to November. Harvest before first frosts.

How Sow 2 seeds per position 120cm apart. Cover lightly with fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist.

Harvest September to November. Will store for several weeks in a cool, dry, frost free location. When fruits start to swell give a liquid feed every 7-10 days.
