Johnsons - Rocket - 1000 Seeds

Add to salads for a delicious peppery flavour. Use as cut and come again baby leaves or full size for a stronger flavour. Also makes great pesto. For outdoor sowing
When April to August.
Where In a prepared seed bed.
How Sow thinly in rows 25cm apart. Cover with 0.5cm of fine soil. Firm gently and keep moist. Seedlings appear in 7-14 days. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks.
Care For baby leaf no thinning is required. For mature plants, when large enough thin to 10cm apart. Do not allow plants to dry out, this prevents them running to seed prematurely.
Harvest May to October. Take a few leaves from each plant, they will regrow for up to 3 or 4 cuts or pick whole mature plants. Easy to grow in well watered containers.
