Vegetable Spaghetti is a yellow coloured, oval marrow which is cooked whole, and when the flesh inside is scooped out it looks like spaghetti. When uncooked, it looks very much like a normal marrow inside. It can be boiled, baked or fried and the strands can even be used as a substitute for pasta, making for a very tasty and easy to cook vegetable.
