Stock Virginian
This variety is easy to sow in small patches to give splashes of colour and scent. Stock is often mixed with Matthiola (Night Scented Stock) to give all day aroma.
Sow from March to July, in a weed-free flowering site, scattered and raked in. No transplanting required. Seedlings should be thinned out if sown too thickly. Flowers from June to October.
