Bourdais RZ is an attractive oakleaf lettuce with dark red, small serrated leaves and a nice narrow stem. These well-shaped baby leaves produce a high volume that is perfect for packaging. Bourdais RZ is vigorous with good field standability and it performs well in both outdoor and protected production systems.
