Larkspur - Hyacinth Dwarf Mixed
This variety is easy to grow and ideal for borders and cutting. Its marvellous, dense, tightly packed blooms provide a range of mostly pastel colours. This hardy annual features exquisite, long flower spikes above feathery foliage, reaching the height of 50cm.
CAUTION: Harmful if eaten!
Sow outdoors from March to May or August to October, where they are to flower, 0.5cm deep, directly into finely-prepared, well-drained soil, which has already been watered. Seedlings usually appear in 14-28 days. Thin seedlings to 25cm apart. Water well until plants are established. For a continuous display, make sowings at two to three-week intervals. Sowings made in curves, rather than straight lines, often create a more pleasing effect. Late summer and autumn sowings will flower the following year, often earlier than spring sowings. Flowers from June to September.
