Organic Pak Choi - Tatsoi - Rosette
This is a unique Japanese green that is great for salad or cooking. It forms a compact thick rosette of small, dark, spoon shaped leaves. It is very tender and flavoursome for salads, stir fry and soups. It has a long harvest period and is slow to bolt.
Sow from late spring to early autumn. Space plants from 10cm apart up to 30cm depending what size plant you require. Avoid sowing in the height of summer, but they grow fast and young whole plants can be ready in about 35 days.
