Pak Choi - Tai Sai

This is a vigorous growing variety with broad, round, smooth leaves. It grows well in colder conditions and is highly suited to spring sowing.

Sow from late spring to early autumn. Space plants from 10cm apart up to 30cm depending what size plant you require. Avoid the height of summer but they grow fast and young whole plants can be ready in about 35 days.
