Pak Choi - Tatsoi – Rossetta
This is a unique Japanese green, which can be used for salads or cooking. The plant forms a compact thick rosette of small, dark, spoon-shaped leaves. The leaves are very tender and flavoursome for salads, stir fry and soups. Long harvest period and slow to bolt.
Sow from late spring to early autumn. Space plants from 10cm apart up to 30cm depending what size plant you require. Avoid the height of summer but they grow fast and young whole plants can be ready in about 35 days.
