This variety of Pak choi has large, round, bright golden yellow leaves with a stark white stem. The leaves a good for adding colour contrast in a salad. This vigorous variety has great heat tolerance and is suitable for main season cropping.

Sow thinly in late spring or late summer. Make early sowings under cover, and later sowings direct in situ, in rows 15cm apart. As soon as seedlings are large enough to handle, thin out to 30cm apart.
