How to Grow Squash Heart of Gold:

Sow seeds indoors 2–3 weeks before the last frost or directly outdoors after frost risk has passed. Plant 2–3cm deep in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny position. Keep soil moist until germination (7–10 days). Thin seedlings and allow space for semi-bush plants to grow. Harvest fruits when young and tender for the best flavour and texture.
