Chinese white bean-sprout, ready in 4-6 days, used in stir-fry and oriental cooking
Harvest the sprout when about 3cm long. Takes only 4-6 days from sowing. Soak the seed for up to 12 hours; drain and place them in a moist, warm, dark place. Wash and soak them and drain again every day until they are the size you require.
