Nasturtium - Blue Pepe
The steely blue-green leaves with purplish undersides make an unusual spicy addition to salads. The leaves are high in vitamin C and iron.
Sow early under cover for planting out after last frost. Or sow direct in situ, throughout spring and summer, and then thin to 30cm spacing. Easy to grow, tolerates most soils and positions. Keep well-watered. Can be grown in tubs, hanging baskets or window boxes.
