Product Description
Caraway Carum Carvi
The leaves are used as a garnish or salad addition, while the seeds, often roasted, are used in bread and cake mixtures and added to casseroles. It grows to a height of about 60cm.
Sow from May to August in open ground in shallow drills, or scatter the seeds directly into a well-prepared growing site. Do not transplant, and it prefers full sun.
