Green Fennel Foeniculum vulgare

This fennel features bright green feathery foliage with aniseed flavour. Bright yellow flowers make it suitable for the back of flower beds, and it grows to a height of 150cm.

Sow in spring, when the soil is warm, in shallow drills. Cover lightly with fine soil or compost and water well. Thin seedlings and transplant to growing site when large enough to handle. It prefers good, well-drained garden soil and full sun.
