Rhubarb Chard Red adds colour to your salad with its remarkable red mid ribs and veins. Alternatively it can be grown on to use like spinach.

Sow thinly outdoors in-situ from April to June, 1cm deep in rows 30cm apart. Take out excess plants to give a final spacing of about 10cm apart. Cuts leaves regularly as the plant matures. Always leave some leaves so its continues to develop for future cutting.
