How to Grow Pumpkin ‘Polar Bear’

Sow seeds indoors from April to May in individual pots using quality seed compost. Sow seeds 2–3 cm deep and keep warm at 20–22°C.

Harden off young plants and plant outdoors after all risk of frost has passed, from late May to June. Choose a sunny, sheltered position with fertile, moisture-retentive soil enriched with compost or well-rotted manure.
