This beet leaf features tall bright red stems, suitable for both ornamental and culinary use. It can be picked small for salad use, or left to mature.
Sow direct from March and August, 1cm deep in rows about 40cm apart. Thin plants to 20cm apart. It should be ready to harvest in about 10 weeks.
