Parsnip White Spear Seeds

This variety features very white, smooth skin. It bulks rapidly in the spring from an early sowing and is best lifted in the early summer months.

Sow from February to May. Clear as many stones as possible to avoid the roots forking. Keep the seed moist, germination can be slow and erratic although fresh seed will bring better results.
