This is a distinct, very hardy variety, with leaves that somewhat resemble deer antlers. They have serrated leaf margins with deep purple veins. It is one of the most delicious varieties - the young shoots being very delicate in flavour.
Sow in April to July and harvest around 3 - 4 months later
