This spring cabbage, sown in the autumn, has a dwarf, compact head.
Sow from July onwards, 2cm deep in a seed bed or modules. Thin the seedlings and then transplant to about 30 - 40cm apart. The plants do well when extra fertiliser is added to the crop. Make sure the ground is firm around the plant. Can sow successionally to get a continuous harvest, and it is an ideal variety to follow potato crop
