Chinese Cabbage - Wong Bok
This type produces large barrel shaped heads with crisp light green leaves. It can be grown by broadcasting in small blocks and harvesting individual leaves, and weighes upto 2.5kg.
Sow the seeds about 1-2cm deep in rows 30cm apart, and thin to 30-35cm apart as the seedlings grow. They can be sown in modules and transplanted 4-6 weeks later. Sow in spring or late summer.
